Woody Norman is a writer. To date he has published three biographies, two historical timeline booklets, and two books of poetry. He has written articles for THE LIVING CHURCH magazine, ANGLICAN DIGEST, THE HISTORIOGRAPHER, the online EncyclopediaOfAlabama and EncyclopediaVirginia.
He holds earned degrees from Old Dominion University (B.A. philosophy); Lindenwood University (M.B.A.); Anglican School of Theology-Dallas (L.Min. ministry); and the School of Theology at Sewanee: The University of the South (S.T.M., theology).
He served in the United States Marines Corps during the Vietnam era.
